After searching and waste a long time searching for packet-tracer funtionality on ASDM (and CLI) in Cisco FWSM on Catalyst 6500 near to I go crazy... I have dropped the question to Cisco Security Team at TAC. That guys told me the next:
"Currently there is no plans for a packet tracer like feature. The reason for this is how the packets are processed in the FWSM.The FWSM does most of the packet processing in the hardware, this functionality would require a full rework of the code. The ASA and PIX firewalls can do packet tracing since all packets are processed by the CPU."
So, although some documents like http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/asdm/6_1f/user/guide/fltrrule.html treating the Packet Tracer as a funtionality on FWSM on ASDM, the true is that is not supported.
